Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Solution Engineer based in the United States (FL/TN/MS/AL) to join a high-impact sales engineering team. You will guide executive and technical audiences through Snowflake solutions, delivering value from demo to PoC and design, while maintaining a deep understanding of the data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of industry experience with at least 5 years in a pre-sales environment.
• Broad experience with large-scale Database/Data Warehouse tech, ETL, analytics and cloud tech.
• Hands-on expertise with SQL, SQL analytics, and Python.
• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields; Masters is a plus.
• Travel approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers.
• Work hands-on with prospects to demonstrate and communicate Snowflake's value throughout the sales cycle.
• Immerse in the industry and position Snowflake relative to competitors and related technologies.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake's products and marketing.
