Job summary

Nearform is seeking a Solutions Director to craft and position AI-enabled solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead pre-sales, design reference architectures, and translate complex requirements into actionable roadmaps, collaborating with Software, Data, and Cloud experts.

You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to drive strategic opportunities, shape the AI practice, and help close high-value deals while driving innovation across teams in a remote-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering or technical leadership experience.
• Experience in solution architecture, cloud platforms, and AI-native development.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python or JavaScript).
• Experience with Generative AI tech, including RAG and agents.
• Proven track record in executive-level engagement and pre-sales.

Responsibilities

• Strategically partner across Sales, Marketing and Delivery to grow client partnerships.
• Lead discovery, pre-sales engagements, and craft compelling proposals.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and reference architectures.
• Translate client objectives into actionable solution roadmaps.
• Support early-stage project delivery to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Create case studies and success stories to showcase impact.
• Help shape and grow the AI practice through innovation.
