Job summary

Humaans seeks an AI Solutions Architect to own the technical thread in enterprise deals, tailoring Athena to each customer’s use cases and processes. You’ll build demos, lead architecture discussions, and demonstrate value with real workflows and data.

As an early pre-sales hire, you’ll collaborate with founders and the commercial team, shaping how Athena is positioned in the market and driving complex integrations across HR, IT, and operations. Some travel to US and Europe is required.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in pre-sales or similar technical roles in SaaS.
• Ability to discuss architecture, integrations and how a solution fits a customer environment.
• Strong credibility with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Capable of turning ambiguous requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Proven enterprise integration knowledge across APIs, SSO, and data platforms.
• Hands-on with LLMs and agentic systems, including prompts, tool calls, orchestration.
• Strong judgement on feasibility and setting expectations with customers.
• Commercial acumen to align technical work with winning the deal.
• Comfort with a fast-changing technical category and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical thread across live enterprise deals with AEs and founders.
• Build tailored demos and proofs of value from customer workflows and data.
• Lead architecture, integrations and security discussions for Athena deployment.
• Assess real-time feasibility and what needs to be built or integrated.
• Collaborate across HR, IT Ops, CTOs, AI leaders and CFOs.
• Develop repeatable demos and enablement systems for the sales team.
• Relay customer learnings to Product and Engineering to improve the platform.
• Shape Athena's positioning to meet evolving enterprise needs.
• Travel for onsite meetings and events across US and Europe.
