Job summary

Humaans is hiring a Product Implementation Specialist to lead customer journeys from signed contract to successful launch across HRIS and Athena. You will migrate complex data, configure the platform to reflect each organization, and deploy AI agents that deliver immediate value.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to improve processes, increase accuracy, and shorten time to value for customers adopting our AI-driven HR platform.

Qualifications

• Evidence of owning SaaS implementation or onboarding projects involving complex data.
• Strong track record delivering projects on time and within scope with multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in data migration, validation and product configuration.
• Experience using AI to improve implementation work with measurable impact.
• Experience with integrations, APIs and webhooks; able to explain technical requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel; quick learner of new tools.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation projects from scoping to launch with clear timelines and responsibilities.
• Lead complex data migrations for global organisations using AI-assisted tooling.
• Configure Humaans around each customer’s structure, workflows and policies.
• Guide customers through integrations, APIs and webhooks to unlock capabilities.
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Success with context for long-term value.
• Improve implementation approach by sharing AI-enabled playbooks and patterns.
