Job summary

Finch AI seeks an Enterprise Account Engineer in the Herndon area to serve as the post-sale technical owner for national security accounts. You will deploy, integrate, optimize, and troubleshoot Finch AI products across secure, often air-gapped environments.

You will collaborate with engineering, customer success, and product teams to ensure mission customers gain value on day one and scale with their needs. Expect hands-on problem solving in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly.
• Hands-on software engineering or DevOps background, ideally in secure or classified environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, container orchestration.
• Experience AWS GovCloud or GovCloud-like environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise-level technical owner for National Security accounts post-sale.
• Lead deployments, integrations, and configuration of Finch AI software in on-prem, hybrid, and air-gapped environments.
• Build and support agentic workflow integrations using ETL with LangChain, Apache NiFi, Airflow, REST APIs, and system-to-system messaging pipelines.
• Stand up and maintain containerized and orchestrated environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Integrate diverse data types into enterprise pipelines and support integrations with on-prem LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Core Engineering to triage issues and advocate for customer needs.
