Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM/SLM apps: agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning.
• Production NLP systems for data classification and information extraction across full lifecycle.
• Applied deep learning for NLP with Bayesian statistics and predictive modeling.
• Strong Python skills; Java/Go/C++ a plus.
• Familiar with LangGraph, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, Jupyter.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL and graph databases since data relationships matter.
• 5+ years building commercial software products.
• MS/PhD in CS or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, fine-tuning, and deployment of LLMs/SLMs in production apps.
• Build AI-enabled apps using agentic AI, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Design and evaluate ML models for text analytics, including extraction and classification.
• Carry designs from PoC to shipped features in existing products.
• Collaborate with customer teams to deliver AI solutions in cleared environments.
• Partner with product teams in an Agile environment, communicating clearly.
