Job summary

OpenRouter is seeking a Solutions Architect to be the technical backbone of our sales team. You will lead technical discovery, craft architectures, and run proofs of concept with enterprise customers to demonstrate OpenRouter's value.

Work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to map customer infrastructure, security, and deployment needs to our routing platform, translating business goals into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical, customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
• Deep experience with developer-centric infrastructure: cloud, Kubernetes, virtualization, networking, storage, or open-source infrastructure platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical side of the sales cycle: lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions with customer teams.
• Run and support proofs of concept: scope POCs, help stand up integrations, troubleshoot in real time, drive wins.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions: map customer infra, usage, and constraints to OpenRouter architecture and deployment approach.
