Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical account management.
• Hands‑on experience building or evaluating generative AI solutions through enterprise work, prototypes, or personal projects.
• Practical knowledge of leading AI platforms and assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot.
• Knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt design, tool calling, embedding and retrieval techniques.
• Experience designing AI solutions that connect securely with enterprise applications, data sources and business processes.
• Ability to explain AI concepts and architectural choices to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to lead technical discovery and clarify business context, workflows, and integration dependencies.
• Translate customer needs into practical solution designs using LLMs, APIs, retrieval augmented generation, tool calling, and agentic workflows.
• Advise on API integration, authentication, rate limits, endpoints, and data-flow design.
• Develop demonstrations that test customer use cases and show a path to implementation.
• Lead conversations on security posture, data handling, encryption, and compliance standards.
• Document recommended architectures, configuration steps, and onboarding plans.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to lift technical issues and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
