Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead architecture across multiple domains, aligning business problems to technical capabilities. You will collaborate with stakeholders and senior teams to ensure solutions land effectively within the Salesforce ecosystem.

You will drive delivery, governance and clarity across Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI, and Governance & Trust, shaping outcomes for customers and partners in a dynamic AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture.
Experience influencing senior technical and business stakeholders.
Deep expertise in at least one focus area among Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI, or Governance & Trust.
Fluency across the Salesforce platform or a major alternative.
Track record of staying engaged through delivery and driving outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead with the customer's business and technical problem, not a product pitch.
Engage across multiple pre- and post-sale teams to land solutions.
Resolve platform-fit ambiguity for customers facing conflicting recommendations.
Name ambiguity and route it to the correct domain to avoid delays.
Ensure execution and governance accompany recommendations.
