Job summary

Cohesity is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in a defined SLED territory. You will prospect, build pipeline, and close opportunities while supporting expansion of existing accounts in a fast-moving AI-powered data security space.

You will engage with security teams, executives, and channel partners to align Cohesity solutions with customer resilience needs and risk requirements, delivering value across data protection and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into SLED with strong cybersecurity and risk awareness.
• Proven enterprise tech sales record, preferably in infrastructure or SaaS.
• Track record of net-new acquisition and growing existing accounts.
• Familiarity with Cohesity solutions is a plus; exposure to backup platforms helps.

Responsibilities

• Execute a territory plan focused on net-new logo acquisition and account growth.
• Build, manage, and progress a qualified sales pipeline with partners.
• Engage with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders across complex organizations.
• Lead discovery, evaluation, proposals and alignment with Cohesity offerings.
• Collaborate with channel partners and technology alliances to expand reach.
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and quarterly forecast updates.
• Share customer insights with sales and product teams for continuous improvement.
