Job summary

Base44, an AI-powered software development platform now part of Wix, seeks an Account Executive for Enterprise customers in Tel Aviv. You will drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, convert AI capabilities into business value, and influence the enterprise roadmap within a startup-like environment inside Wix.

You’ll shape the enterprise sales motion, manage procurement and security processes, and partner with leadership to close strategic deals that drive significant growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience closing Enterprise-grade deals.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and navigating procurement, legal, and security processes.
• Comfort discussing technical workflows, with experience in AI, ML, or developer-centric SaaS.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with startup-within-a-giant environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, long-term sales cycles with strategic Enterprise accounts, from outreach to close.
• Translate Base44 AI capabilities into business language for senior leadership.
• Shape enterprise sales motion including security reviews and procurement workflows.
• Identify high-value prospects and build partnerships driving revenue growth.
• Provide feedback to product team to influence the roadmap for enterprise features.
• Maintain a clean CRM and forecast pipeline for large deals.
