Job summary

Yelp is hiring for an Enterprise Sales role focused on Yelp Host, an AI-powered phone answering platform for restaurants. You will own the full sales cycle with franchise groups and national brands, navigating complex deals and coordinating with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless buyer experience.

We seek candidates with 6–8+ years in closing SaaS, a track record of six-figure contracts, and deep knowledge of restaurant tech ecosystems including POS and AI/voice

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in a closing SaaS role.

Responsibilities

• You will own the full enterprise sales cycle for multi-location restaurant groups (50–500+ units).
• You will build and manage a strategic pipeline of franchise groups and national brands.
• You will navigate complex deal structures with corporate decision-makers and partners.
• You will partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success for seamless buyer experiences.
• You will develop expertise in restaurant operations, voice AI, and competitive landscape.
• You will travel up to 50% for key onsite meetings and events.
• You will exceed quota and build a repeatable enterprise playbook as we scale.
