Qualifications

• 10+ years in Customer Success/Experience, 2+ years AI-related experience
• Go-to-customer / GTM experience in enterprise tech or SaaS
• Experience using adoption analytics to forecast churn and expansion
• Ability to distill AI concepts for executives
• Strong program management and cross-functional influence skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI roadmap delivery for key customers, aligning with business goals and customer success vision.
• Serve as design authority for AI deployments, guiding reviews and integration guidance with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with executives to co-create and refine forward-looking AI strategy and trusted advisory engagement.
• Achieve internal alignment across Product, Services, Sales, Success, and other teams to deliver the AI roadmap.
• Coordinate activities, identify risks early, and engage the right resources at the right times.
• Maintain recurring cadence and mutual AI roadmap with shared goals and renewal strategy.
• Own channel strategy for AI dissemination and adoption, balancing direct delivery with partner enablement.
• Use data-driven insights to track adoption, metrics and revenue retention improvements.
• Advise on Responsible AI, data governance and compliance within guardrails.
