Job summary

Nous Research seeks a product leader to own Hermes Enterprise, guiding roadmap and packaging for managed and self-hosted deployments. You will define foundations like SSO, provisioning, workspace isolation and telemetry, while driving cross-functional work with security, design, and engineering teams.

You will translate customer needs into prioritized plans, shape how teams capture and reuse skills within agents, and ensure cost-aware delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, shipping B2B to enterprises.
• Own enterprise foundations like SSO, SCIM, audit logs, or admin consoles.
• Experience with cloud, on-premises, or single-tenant SaaS deployments.
• Strong fluency with LLMs, AI agents, and related cost considerations.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Own Hermes Enterprise roadmap and packaging across managed and self-hosted variants.
• Define and ship enterprise foundations: deployment, SSO, provisioning, audits, telemetry.
• Own Hermes Enterprise Workforce provisioning and admin experience.
• Translate spend intelligence into actionable insights for customers.
• Shape employee agents' skills sharing while respecting permissions.
• Define metrics for enterprise value and track activation, usage, cost.
• Run the roadmap in Jira with clear owners and executive recaps.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Security, BD and open source communities.
