Job summary

Elastic is seeking a high-energy Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts in the United States. You’ll own a defined territory, build your pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You’ll partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals, tell Elastic’s story, and deliver measurable business outcomes through a cloud-first approach.

Qualifications

• Proven SaaS quota-carrying success closing Enterprise deals.
• Experience applying MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks to pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own territory and pipeline to generate opportunities in a defined Enterprise segment.
• Lead discovery, value storytelling, and live demos aligning Elastic offerings to business outcomes.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing, manage multi-stakeholder deals, and maintain forecast accuracy.
