Job summary

Blackbaud seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise AI Platform to lead a team of AI product owners across key internal value streams. You will shape the technical vision, governance, and operating model for Blackbaud’s internal AI capabilities, ensuring scalable and responsible adoption across the organization.

You will evaluate emerging AI technologies and vendors and mentor stakeholders while partnering with executives to align investments with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading product or platform teams in enterprise tech.
• Deep experience with AI technologies including LLMs, generative AI, agentic workflows, and orchestration frameworks.
• Proven ability to steer cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, architecture, and executives.
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance in large orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of AI Product Owners across enterprise value streams.
• Define the technical vision, governance, and operating model for internal AI platform.
• Prioritize AI opportunities with executives and business leaders to align investments.
• Guide design and implementation of AI agents, copilots, and automation with architecture standards.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and vendors and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Establish governance models for enterprise AI development, including models, integration, and controls.
• Lead cross-functional planning, roadmaps, and readiness assessments for new AI capabilities.
• Mentor stakeholders and support enablement programs and communities of practice.
• Assess enterprise AI platforms and vendor solutions for technical merit and business value.
