Job summary

Forbes is seeking a Director, Enterprise AI Operations to design and execute AI-enabled workflows across Editorial, Revenue, Audience, and internal operations. The role focuses on operational transformation, not product development or experimentation.

You will partner with Product, Technology, Legal, HR, and other leaders to embed AI into core systems, measure adoption, and drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in transformation, operations, product, platform, or program leadership roles.
• Proven track record in building and scaling AI operations functions or enterprise operational programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute and operationalize Forbes’s internal AI roadmap in partnership with executive leadership.
• Drive implementation of high-impact AI initiatives that improve workflows and business outcomes.
• Translate strategic priorities into scalable operational programs, processes, and execution plans.
• Ensure AI capabilities are embedded into existing workflows and systems.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to deploy AI capabilities across the organization.
