Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is hiring an AI Product Owner for Intelligent Operations to own the AI roadmap across Operations, Finance, and HR.

You will turn AI from experimentation into measurable productivity gains in back-office processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact use cases and redesign processes for agent-driven automation. You will lead the product lifecycle end-to-end, managing backlog and roadmap, and driving adoption, ROI, and value realization across enterprise

Qualifications

5–10 years of relevant experience in product management.
Hands-on experience delivering AI/automation initiatives across enterprise functions.
Strong process orientation to map end-to-end processes and drive transformation.
Familiarity with AI/ML and GenAI and how they reshape process design.
Ability to write detailed requirements and translate between business and technical teams.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs and influencing execs.
Analytical and outcomes-driven with ROI, experiments, and adoption metrics.
Builder mindset with speed and shipping.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for AI across enterprise systems.
Identify and prioritize AI/automation use cases across supply chain, finance, HR.
Manage the product lifecycle end-to-end from opportunity framing to delivery and adoption.
Turn fragmented tools and data into cohesive AI solutions.
Design and lead pilots with hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
Own backlog, roadmap, and stakeholder communications up to exec level.
Drive adoption through enablement, training, and SOP updates.
Build ROI cases and track realized value.
