Job summary

Ford's Central AI Team is building a new capability to train and enable employees to work with AI and agentic tools across the enterprise. As Senior Manager, Learning & Development, you will own the curriculum, materials, and learning journeys, partnering with HR and functional leaders to land training in rollout moments and formats for varied audiences.

You will design measurable programs, manage external agencies, and foster communities of practice while aligning onboarding and career

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• 5+ years designing and delivering training programs at enterprise scale.
• 4+ years building learning content for new technology/tool rollouts with measurable adoption.
• 4+ years strong instructional design for non-technical audiences.
• 3+ years measuring training effectiveness via data and results.
• 2+ years managing external agency/vendor resources.
• 2+ years collaborating across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Own AI training curriculum, enablement materials, and learning journeys across the AI initiative portfolio.
• Own training completion, proficiency, and adoption metrics feeding into scorecards; measure effectiveness.
• Build communities of practice across functional teams to reinforce training locally.
• Manage training and enablement agencies and vendors for scope, pace, quality.
• Partner with HR and leaders to integrate AI enablement into onboarding and career development.
• Maintain a library of reusable training assets for future AI initiatives.
