Job summary

ADESA Central Operations seeks a Manager of Learning & Enablement to design end-to-end learning journeys from day one through advancement. You’ll lead a small team, create content, and partner with senior leaders to improve the employee and customer experience.

You’ll drive onboarding, progression, and quality initiatives, using AI tools to keep materials current and impactful in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning & development, training, or a related field.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to design training programs from scratch.
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude) for content research and drafting.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven storytelling.
• Experience with quality assurance, call scoring, or calibration programs is a plus.
• Excellent coaching and communication skills.
• Mastery of Google Suite; LMS or eLearning tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small, tight-knit team and set direction; coach and support delivery.
• Act as strategic owner of the learning program and create hands-on content when needed.
• Communicate program performance and risks with senior leaders.
• Own the new hire training program and design 0–90 day learning journeys.
• Build and maintain training materials, SOPs, and assessments; leverage AI tools to keep content current.
• Define clear progression paths from entry to advanced roles.
• Develop ongoing learning programs for all tenure levels and skill gaps.
• Own the quality program; use call transcription data to drive coaching investments.
• Lead internal communications on process and technology changes.
