Job summary

Giga Energy is seeking an Account Manager to own a major data center contract, coordinating cross‑functional teams from contract close through go‑live and expansion planning. You’ll ensure the customer feels the full weight of Giga behind them while you orchestrate internal delivery and account growth.

Based in a San Francisco area office, this role follows an in‑office culture with bi‑weekly WFH Fridays and onsite collaboration as a norm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing large enterprise accounts across infrastructure or similar industries.
• Proven ability to steward accounts from close through renewal.
• Excellent communication and executive presence in front of C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the AI enterprise customer during data center development, end-to-end ownership.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and ensure they feel informed and supported.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet commitments on time and to specification.
• Proactively surface issues and act as the connective tissue between customer and delivery teams.
