Job summary

Giga Energy is building the electrical backbone of the AI era, owning end-to-end data center projects from contracts to commissioning. This Project Manager role coordinates schedules, budgets, and teams across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery with high accountability.

Based in one of our hubs (San Francisco, Long Beach, or Houston), you will work onsite with occasional WFH flexibility and drive risk management in a fast-paced startup environment supporting

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of project management experience in data centers, construction, or related capital projects.
• Strong scheduling, cost tracking, risk management, and change control skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and external contractors without direct authority.
• High ownership mentality; proactive and decisive in fast-moving environments.
• Clear, direct communicator able to present to executives and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery for data center builds from contract to handoff.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate across internal engineering, procurement, finance, manufacturing and external partners.
• Identify risks early, drive resolution, and minimize blockers.
• Lead structured reviews with senior leadership and document decisions.
