Usercentrics is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the MCP Manager product. This hunter role sells to VP/CTO/CISO and other senior buyers in security/compliance contexts, driving pipeline and closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.

Location: Hybrid in New York, with 2–3 days in office weekly. Salary: $300k–$320k OTE, 50/50 base/variable, with comprehensive benefits and flexible work options.

Competenze

• Senior enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience selling to C-level buyers in security, compliance or governance.
• Proven track record closing complex deals with a consultative, solution-led approach.
• Ability to sell into technical audiences and communicate with security teams.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to close for MCP Manager.
• Identify senior decision-makers and build a high-value enterprise pipeline.
• Deliver technically credible demos and manage multi-stakeholder negotiations.
