Job summary

Slalom, LLC is seeking technologists to design and deliver AI-enabled applications for enterprise clients. You will work with AI systems, data platforms, and cloud services to deploy practical AI solutions that solve complex business problems.

You will collaborate with a diverse team including data scientists, engineers, and Responsible AI specialists, traveling 10–20% to support client needs and onsite engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing and building data, AI, software, or ML solutions in real-world environments.
• Hands-on production-quality software using Python.
• Experience contributing to technical architecture and owning implementation workstreams.
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions beyond notebooks, including deployment and ops.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-enabled applications and systems (LLM apps, RAG, AI agents).
• Use modern AI platforms and cloud services to deliver secure, maintainable solutions.
• Contribute to AI solution architecture, data integration, and deployment approaches.
• Own design-to-delivery workstreams including backlog refinement, coding, testing, and client handoff.
• Collaborate with clients to translate inputs into deployable AI solutions.
• Mentor peers on AI engineering practices and production delivery patterns.
