Job summary

Moring AI is hiring an AI Engineer to build AI applications for enterprise customers and ship them into production. You will own features end to end and work across product and platform layers.

The role emphasizes engineering fundamentals—reliability, cost, latency, security—and direct collaboration with client teams, including embedding with their environments and learning from real deployments.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years shipping production systems (backend, platform or full-stack).
• Strong Python and production engineering habits (testing, observability).
• Hands-on AI depth with agents, RAG pipelines, or LLM apps.

Responsibilities

• Build AI capabilities: agents, agentic workflows, and LLm features to production.
• Deploy with enterprise customers, integrating with their systems and security.
• Build the platform underneath: model-access, orchestration, evaluation harness.
• Own features end to end, write tests and observability for fast shipping.
• Collaborate with client teams and translate learnings into product improvements.
