Job summary

Moring Ai in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior AI Engineer to own end-to-end AI capabilities from prototype to production. You will work across product and platform layers, building agent orchestration, retrieval, and model-access primitives while embedding with client teams to meet enterprise constraints.

You should bring deep AWS operations experience and hands-on AI work with agents, RAG pipelines, and LLM applications, delivering reliable, cost-aware, secure solutions in customer environments.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of software engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• Deep, hands-on AWS experience including EKS/ECS, Lambda, IAM and IaC.
• Hands-on AI depth in the last year: agents, RAG pipelines, or LLM apps.
• Experience with enterprise security and integrating with client environments.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks and major model APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build AI capabilities and end-to-end product features.
• Design, ship, and operate agents, workflows, and LLM features.
• Develop robust retrieval, embedding and hybrid search solutions.
• Integrate model APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Bedrock) and MCP access.
• Deploy with enterprise customers and embed with client teams.
• Own infrastructure, AWS workloads, and production ownership.
• Lead architectural discussions and mentor engineers.
