Job summary

Moring AI is hiring an AI Engineer to build enterprise AI applications and ship them into production. You should have 3–6 years of software experience, strong Python, and hands-on AI depth with agents, RAG pipelines, or LLM apps.

You will work across product shipping and platform primitives, in a forward-deployed role embedded with client teams. The role emphasizes reliability, cost, latency, security, and building with enterprise customers in mind, ending with end-to-end ownership of features

Qualifications

3–6 years of software engineering experience shipping production systems (backend, platform or full-stack).
Solid AWS experience (ECS/Lambda, IAM, networking) and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or CDK).
Strong Python and the habits of a production engineer: testing, code review, and observability.

Responsibilities

Build AI capabilities: agents, agentic workflows, and LLM-powered features from prototype to production.
Deploy with enterprise customers: embed with client teams, integrate with their systems and security models.
Build the platform underneath: model-access layer, agent orchestration, evaluation harness, tracing and observability.
Own your work: design through deployment, write tests and evals, and ship with confidence.
