Job summary

Moring.ai in Atlanta, GA is hiring an AI Engineer to build AI applications for enterprise customers and ship them into production. You\'ll own features end to end, combining strong software fundamentals with hands-on AI work on agents, RAG systems, and LLM-powered features.

You\'ll work across product and platform layers, embedding with client teams to fit their security and systems, while contributing to core primitives beneath AI features.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years shipping production systems (backend/platform/full-stack).
• Solid AWS experience (ECS/Lambda, IAM, networking) and IaC familiarity (Terraform or CDK).
• Strong Python and production engineering practices (testing, code review, observability).
• Good grounding in APIs, data, and distributed systems.
• Recent, demonstrable AI depth (agents, RAG pipelines, or LLM apps).
• Experience with at least one agent framework (LangGraph, CrewAI) and major model APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Bedrock).
• Understanding of LLM behavior: context management, token economics, cost/latency trade-offs, testing non-deterministic systems.

Responsibilities

• Build AI capabilities: agents, workflows, and LLM-powered features from prototype to production.
• Deploy with enterprise customers: integrate with client workflows, SSO, APIs, data warehouses, and secure environments.
• Build the platform underneath: model-access layer, agent orchestration, and evaluation harness, with observability and cost-tracking.
• Own your work: design through deployment, write tests/evals/observability for fast, reliable shipping.
