Job summary

NTT DATA North America seeks an Engagement and Go-to-Market Lead in Charlotte, NC to drive enterprise launch, onboarding, enablement, and adoption of AI and agentic platform services. You will establish scalable engagement models to improve customer experience, platform usage and value realization.

Responsibilities include defining service tiers, workshops, and feedback loops; building dashboards and health reports; and partnering with product and engineering to deliver technical enablement

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in enterprise go-to-market, customer success, or platform enablement.
• Strong technical understanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, APIs and cloud platforms.
• Experience in training, workshops, and technical documentation.
• Experience with adoption analytics and customer-health reporting.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
• Service design and scalable onboarding experience.
• Cross-functional leadership in complex programs.
• Experience launching enterprise technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform launch, engagement, and adoption strategies.
• Define service tiers, onboarding journeys, workshops, office hours, and support channels.
• Partner with product and engineering to create technical enablement materials.
• Deliver workshops covering LLM, RAG, agents, APIs, cloud services, and platform capabilities.
• Build stakeholder communication plans, health reports, adoption dashboards, and success reviews.
• Gather customer feedback and influence product roadmaps and service improvements.
• Develop reusable training, documentation, demonstrations, and implementation guidance.
• Track onboarding progress, platform usage, customer health, satisfaction, and value realization.
• Support executive briefings and strategic stakeholder engagements.
