Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Deployment Strategist to drive AI transformation for Global 2000 enterprises, serving as the Field CPO to translate business needs into deployable platform capabilities and align customer outcomes with the Parloa roadmap.

You will own deployment from value thesis through production, coordinating with CEOs, COOs, CIOs, and CTOs, while building prototypes and guiding tradeoffs. This is hands-on leadership in a fast-growing AI platform.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of enterprise software delivery experience.
• Business + tech stakeholder leadership: presented to C-suite and demonstrated value.
• Product thinking: built client-specific roadmaps aligned with platform strategy.
• Architectural credibility: scoped off-platform features and assessed feasibility.
• Influence without authority: led cross-functional teams without direct reports.
• Hands-on execution: built prototypes and implemented product changes.

Responsibilities

• Land Global 2000 clients with complex needs and drive AI transformation.
• Manage stakeholders across business and tech from value thesis to production.
• Translate customer needs into reusable platform capabilities.
• Build prototypes and guide product changes to realization.
• Represent customers to Parloa Product and Parloa Product to customers, bridging both worlds.
• Navigate ambiguity in AI workflows, ROI models, and change management.
