Job summary

Parloa seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead end-to-end deployments in large enterprise environments. You will design, implement, and integrate solutions across systems and APIs, work hands-on in production, and guide deployments from engineering perspective to scale.

You’ll collaborate with customer teams, shape deployment architecture, and deliver measurable outcomes while mentoring junior engineers and shaping Parloa’s platform evolution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering or data engineering experience.
• Proven track record leading deployments and integrations in enterprise environments.
• Strong depth across backend, IaC, APIs, and databases with hands-on production work.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-responsibility settings.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment engineering projects and lead technical execution inside large enterprises.
• Design scale-ready, enterprise-grade deployment solutions for performance and security.
• Engineer custom extensions and integrations to close product gaps.
• Work across backend, DevOps, and data engineering for seamless delivery.
• Collaborate with customer teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Mentor junior in-field engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Engage with enterprise architects to ensure alignment and credibility.
• Debug under pressure to unblock production deployments.
