Job summary

Parloa seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead end-to-end enterprise AI deployments, engineering custom integrations, and field-ready solutions in customer environments.

You will work hands-on across backend, DevOps, and data systems, collaborating with customer engineering teams, architects, and deployment strategists to deliver scalable, durable value. This role emphasizes speed, reliability, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software eng/DevOps/data eng with customer impact.
• Proven track record leading deployments & integrations in large enterprise environments.
• Strong depth across backend, IaC, Kubernetes/cloud platforms, APIs, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment engineering projects inside large enterprise environments.
• Design scalable, resilient deployment solutions with security in mind.
• Build custom extensions, integrations, and configurations to meet enterprise needs.
• Collaborate across backend, DevOps, and data stacks for seamless delivery.
• Guide junior in-field engineers and mentor teams on best practices.
