Simple AI in San Francisco is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own the business side of our most important customer deployments. You’ll collaborate with Account Executives, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Engineering to turn complex workflows into production voice AI agents delivering measurable business value.

You’ll guide customers from discovery to launch, adoption, and expansion, owning the problem and outcome.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a complex customer engagement from an ambiguous problem through production and measurable results.
• Exceptional structured problem‑solving and the ability to translate stakeholder needs into priorities.
• Strong communication and executive presence with ability to learn from frontline users.
• High agency, urgency, and willingness to work in person with the team in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments from discovery through launch, adoption, and expansion.
• Turn complex enterprise workflows into production voice AI agents that deliver value.
• Lead customers and internal teams, managing priorities and timelines.
• Help build Simple’s deployment playbook from the ground up.
