Job summary

Encore AI in the United States seeks its first Deployment Strategist to bridge the gap between what our AI agents can do and what clients actually need in production. You will own deployments end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live and steady-state, interfacing with client stakeholders including product owners, compliance, and ops leads.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a client-facing, technical delivery role (implementation, deployment, solutions engineering, or technical customer success).
• Experience shipping AI/data products into production for enterprise clients is a plus.
• Comfort with flow logic, JSON configs, and prompt structure.

Responsibilities

• Deployment ownership end-to-end from kickoff through go-live and steady-state.
• Design workshops to translate business requirements into agent flows and conversation design.
• Hands-on configuration in the Encore AI platform (flow JSON, nodes, prompts).
• Executive-level communication with client stakeholders up to C-suite across accounts.
• Help clients navigate change-management in adopting AI agents for regulated financial work.
• Provide field-to-product feedback to surface patterns across accounts for product/engineering.
• Identify delivery risks early and manage them with clients and internal teams.
• Create reusable playbooks, documentation, and QA frameworks for faster deployments.
