Wonderful is hiring a Deployment Strategist to guide AI deployments from discovery through production rollout. You will embed with enterprise customers, translate ambitious AI initiatives into concrete scopes, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders to ensure measurable outcomes.

The role demands hands‑on execution, comfort with ambiguity, and a focus on delivering real value in production environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in deployment‑focused, technical, or execution‑oriented roles.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into concrete plans.
• Comfort with APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Embed deeply with customers to understand processes and identify problems to solve.
• Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows and constraints.
• Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts.
• Translate customer needs into clear deployment plans for engineering teams.
• Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers during deployment.
• Support production launches and ensure adoption of solutions.
• Monitor deployed agents and drive follow-up improvements based on usage.
• Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities with customers.
