Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of custom AI agent solutions for enterprise customers in regulated industries. You will own engagements from SOW to production deployment, working with Forward Deployed Engineers, defining MVPs, and shaping solution architecture while maintaining executive-level relationships.

You will contribute to field playbooks, drive value measurement, and manage organizational dynamics across procurement and technical leads,

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI/ML engagements or deployments.
• Executive presence with senior stakeholders in high-stakes environments.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery plan for each engagement.
• Lead technical discovery and define MVP scope.
• Manage day-to-day engineering execution and ensure progress.
• Own product scoping for field engagements and backlog.
• Maintain customer relationships and executive briefings.
• Define impact hypotheses and measure ROI.
• Codify reusable delivery assets and playbooks.
• Navigate enterprise and regulatory complexity.
• Manage scope, changes, and risks.
• Run delivery operations and milestones.
• Travel to customer sites (25–50%).
