Job summary

Freehand is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to bridge customers, product, engineering, and delivery teams for scalable enterprise solutions. You will design and implement architecture that integrates ERP, TMS, and spend management systems to deliver measurable business value.

You will lead multi-stakeholder deployments, shape roadmaps, and collaborate with product and engineering to drive adoption and success metrics across complex en- terprise environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise technology implementations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers across operations, finance, supply chain, and IT teams.
• Define objectives, requirements, priorities, and transformation roadmaps with customers.
• Lead end-to-end delivery and migration of customers onto the platform.
• Partner with product and engineering to enable integrations and feature adoption.
• Analyze data and processes to identify optimization and cost-reduction opportunities.
