Accenture is hiring an AI & Data Strategy Manager to shape enterprise AI initiatives, align data strategy with business goals and guide client engagements globally. You will lead transformation programs, build strong executive relationships and drive responsible AI adoption.

The role requires deep expertise in AI, data strategy and program management, with a focus on growth, efficiency and innovation across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of AI and Data Strategy space experience including data strategy, talent strategy, value case development, data management, analysis, assessments, roadmaps.
• 5+ years of high value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 5+ years of leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on AI, GenAI and data in business processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build data assets and AI technologies for growth.
• Assess maturity of AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and platform blueprint.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap and define operating model to foster innovation.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
