Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Manager to shape AI-driven business reinvention and lead data strategy initiatives across client programs. You will build trusted advisor relationships, define comprehensive AI and data roadmaps, and drive responsible AI practices while coordinating global delivery efforts.

The role emphasizes strong program management, client engagement, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in delivering high-impact AI projects across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in AI and Data Strategy, including Enterprise & Function-Specific Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, Data Management, Data Analysis, and Roadmap.
• 5+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on infusing AI, GenAI and data into business processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to enable growth and competitive advantages.
• Assess maturity of AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to convert to an AI-first organization including technology and platform blueprint.
• Create business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver strategy outcomes.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap and plan collaboration with ecosystem partners.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operate AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and development of commercialization opportunities.
