Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Consultant to shape AI and data-driven reinventions for client organizations. You will build trusted advisor relationships, design enterprise data strategies, and outline roadmaps for AI-first transformations.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive enterprise-scale programs, and ensure responsible AI practices across engagements while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 4+ years of experience in AI and Data Strategy space including data strategy, talent strategy, value case development and data management.
• 4+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading workstreams and delivering large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Shape AI and data vision and opportunities for reinvention.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor on AI/data integration into business processes.
• Define and structure AI/data strategy to enable growth and competitive advantage.
• Assess organizational AI maturity including talent, operating model and data foundation.
• Define blocks to become AI-first with technology, data strategy and operating model.
