Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Manager to shape strategic AI initiatives and lead data-driven transformations for top clients. You will build trusted client relationships, define AI/data strategies, and design roadmaps with Responsible AI foundations. Travel up to 80% may be required.

The role requires 5+ years in AI/Data strategy and consulting, with strong program management and leadership capabilities, plus English fluency. A Master’s degree is a nice-to-have.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in AI and Data Strategy space with data strategy, talent, value case, data management, analysis.
• Minimum 5 years of high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• Minimum 5 years of large-scale global delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led reinvention.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor on infusing AI, GenAI and data into business processes.
• Define and structure an AI and data strategy to build data assets and AI technologies for growth.
• Assess maturity of AI/data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundation.
• Define building blocks for an AI-first organization and future-ready operating model.
• Create business case, investment profile and roadmap including revenue upside and cost takeout.
• Infuse Responsible AI and plan ecosystem partnerships and operating model for innovation.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
