Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales in technical contexts.
• Deep understanding of Data, AI and ML concepts and agent platforms.
• Experience with Data & AI-driven customer engagement solutions and Salesforce.
• Ability to map client needs to Salesforce's Agentforce capabilities.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in technical sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and position Agentforce and Data 360 opportunities with customers.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Sales team to grow Agentforce & Data 360 within accounts.
• Explain how Salesforce product stack delivers tailored solutions within client architectures.
• Conduct technical discovery to analyze business problems and show impact.
• Source and qualify opportunities aligned with ideal customer profiles.
• Lead discovery conversations and present compelling use cases.
• Prepare POVs showing tangible business value across technical/business stakeholders.
