Amazon AWS is seeking an experienced technical manager to coach and grow Solutions Architects across customer engagements. You will drive revenue growth by guiding architecture discussions, training teams, and sharing best practices while collaborating with sales and engineering to deliver AI and cloud solutions at scale.

The role focuses on leading a team of Solutions Architects across multiple U.S. locations, with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise IT application work with 2+ years hands-on software development or DevOps experience.
2+ years architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, etc.
8+ years of technology solutions development and evangelising end-to-end roadmaps guiding IT transformations toward cloud computing.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer facing roles.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach Solutions Architects to build AI and cloud-based solutions for customers.
Educate customers on AWS value proposition and participate in architectural discussions for successful cloud deployments.
Coach teams in conducting one-to-few and one-to-many training to transfer deep technical skills.
Capture and share best-practice knowledge among the AWS solutions architect community.
Build relationships with decision makers to enable customers to be AI and Cloud advocates.
