Nebius is seeking aHead of Sales Engineering to lead and grow our Sales Engineering function while personally contributing to the most strategic customer engagements. This remote, US-based role requires hands-on architectural leadership, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on PoC-to-production success.

You will establish technical standards, guide discovery, and ensure alignment between customer ambitions, engineering reality, and platform strategy across high-impact deals.

Qualificações

• Deep understanding of AI inference systems and GPU-backed infrastructure.
• Significant experience with large language model workloads and performance-sensitive environments.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing Sales Engineers or similar technical teams.
• Proven track record in enterprise or developer-focused technical sales cycles.
• Strong ability to balance customer needs with platform strategy and engineering realities.
