Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI, data engineering, machine learning, software engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and large language model technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Experience with Databricks and modern data platforms.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and business systems.
• Understanding of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI and machine learning solutions for business applications.
• Develop and support AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, and enterprise integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
• Establish best practices around AI governance, security, deployment, and scalability.
