Job summary

Avante is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own a named patch from first conversation through signature, targeting 2,500+ employee self-funded employers and Fortune 500 accounts.

You will map multi-stakeholder buying committees across HR, Finance, IT Security, and Total Rewards, and you’ll co-sell with brokers and consultants to accelerate deals.

This role reports to the CRO and requires a proven track record of seven-figure quota attainment in HR/Benefits software.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years closing enterprise deals at $150K+ ACV
• Demonstrated ability to run multi-stakeholder enterprise sales and teach value to buyers
• Experience co-selling with brokers or consultants and managing complex buying committees

Responsibilities

• Own a named enterprise patch end-to-end from plan to close
• Multi-thread complex buying committees including CHROs, CFOs, and IT leaders
• Sell the closed-loop story and position benefits intelligence against competitors
• Co-sell with brokers and consultants to expand pipeline
• Run demos and 30-day POCs with Sales Engineering
• Build a defendable quarterly forecast with MEDDPICC rigor
• Leverage AI to streamline prospecting, outreach, and planning
