Job summary

Fractional AI is seeking an AI Architect to be the technical face of our business with enterprise clients in the US. You will blend deep AI engineering with clear, compelling storytelling to craft winning solutions and guide clients from discovery through scoping and prototyping.

You will collaborate with the Commercial Leader, CTO and CEO to define requirements, surface high-impact opportunities, and deliver end‑to‑end AI architectures while shaping our go-to-market and delivery playbooks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in related roles such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or PM.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-experts.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Experience working with enterprise clients.
• Fluency with gen AI systems and LLMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery & design workshops with private equity firms and enterprise prospects.
• Architect robust AI solutions and advise on tools and technologies.
• Define scope, timelines and cost projections for implementations.
• Develop mockups and prototypes for client visualization.
• Serve as technical advisor and partner to clients.
• Produce technical briefs and process diagrams for delivery teams.
• Bring automation to GTM motions.
