Job summary

Fractal in New York is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to join the Cogentiq team. As an Architect, you will blend software engineering, AI, and enterprise integration to design and deploy AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers.

You will build production-grade integrations with SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and other systems, develop reusable connectors and APIs, and collaborate with customer teams to turn deployment learnings into scalable platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade backend applications and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices.
• Proficient in Python; Java/TypeScript is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-grade AI applications using the Cogentiq platform.
• Deploy enterprise AI solutions from PoC to production.
• Build integrations with SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Snowflake, Databricks, and other systems.
• Develop reusable connectors, APIs, SDKs, MCP servers, and automation components.
• Design secure, scalable, cloud-native architectures and backend services.
• Collaborate with customer engineering and business teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot deployments, optimize performance, and ensure reliability and security.
• Capture learnings and contribute reusable capabilities back to Cogentiq.
