Job summary

Fractal is seeking a Lead Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer to join the Cogentiq team in New York, NY. You will bridge software engineering, AI, and enterprise integration, partnering with customers to design AI-powered solutions, build production-grade integrations, and deploy Cogentiq into complex environments.

You will help shape platform capabilities, connectors, and best practices, collaborating with AI engineers, product managers, and solution architects to drive scalable, trustworthy

Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade backend applications and microservices.
• Proficient in Python; Java or TypeScript a plus.
• Experience with LLMs, agentic AI, RAG and tool calling.
• Hands-on with MCP and AI orchestration frameworks is desirable.
• Enterprise integration with SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Snowflake, Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-grade AI applications using Cogentiq.
• Deploy enterprise AI solutions from PoC to production.
• Build integrations with SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint and more.
• Develop reusable connectors, APIs, SDKs and automation components.
• Design secure, scalable cloud-native architectures and microservices.
• Collaborate with customer teams to understand requirements and run workshops.
• Troubleshoot deployments, optimize performance, ensure reliability and security.
• Capture learnings and contribute reusable capabilities to Cogentiq.
• Work with AI, platform, product managers and solution architects to improve the platform.
