You’ll operate in a senior role within a fast-paced startup environment in San Francisco or NYC, shaping technical direction, mentoring peers, and driving impact while balancing speed and quality.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of engineering experience building production AI/ML systems.
- Strong proficiency across multiple programming languages.
- Demonstrated interest in AI and hands-on with examples (LangChain, LLM projects).
- Startup mindset: self-starter, can operate with minimal guidance and influence culture.
- Excellent communication with users and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom AI solutions for client needs with scalable integration.
- Partner with a high-caliber team through full project lifecycle: requirements, prototyping, design, coding, testing, deployment, support.
- Shape engineering culture and practices, collaborating with leadership to grow Fractional AI.
